Visit to Aldenham Country Park Farm

Last week we visited the farm at Aldenham Country Park.  

The children in Nursery had great fun and enjoyed seeing many of the animals we had learnt about at school.  We also saw some new animals we had not seen before, such as alpacas and ferrets.

What colour is it?

What size?  Was it a big or small animal? 

What covering do they have on their body? e.g. fur, feathers or skin

Do they have any special features? e.g. A chicken has a comb and wattle, a horse has a mane.

Do you know what sound this animal makes?
